Personal Training

Sure, we love working out. But our real passion is people. From MMA fighters, to mountain climbers, to coffee baristas, to hair stylists, our client roster is as diverse as our workouts. We do not enforce or endorse cookie-cutter, predictable training. Every new client will receive a free health and fitness consultation. Together, we’ll discuss your milestones and end results, including diet, nutrition and weight goals. From there, we’ll set your baseline and tailor a fitness program to help you become a force to be reckoned with. In addition to your sweat and tears, we also accept Mastercard, Visa, personal checks and cash.

From cardio boxing and kickboxing, to good old-fashioned sledgehammerin’, rope-climbin’ bootcamps, we offer a variety of training options to choose from. And with a slew of highly motivated trainers on staff, Blunt Force makes it easy to get fit.

BOXING

Led by professional boxing badasses Nick, Andrew, Josh and Eddie, this 50-minute session is the real deal Holyfied when it comes to boxing classes. Sure, you’ll learn the basics: how to wrap your hands, proper stances, punching techniques, breathing, etc. But unlike most gyms, we get inside a real ring and let the leather fly. There’s nothing basic about it.

STRENGTH

Learn to utilize various strength tools including the Barbell, kettle bells and your own bodyweight. If your interested in Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and kettle bell sport this class is for you.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training is a hybrid class between group fitness and personal training. Classes are limited to 4 people and more directly focused on you reaching your goals. Have you ever thought about personal training but are curious what it’s like? Check out small group training and bring a friend!

Run Club

Sometimes road, sometimes trail, the Blunt Force Run Club is sure to get your heart racing and muscles engaged. Typically our runs last about an hour, and are open to anyone with a good pair of shoes and positive attitude. Check online for run times and exact starting locations. Join us as we battle the tough miles together, get cardio-fit, and have fun on our feet.
