We’ve started a blog!

To celebrate this new addition to the website, we will begin posting weekly workouts every Monday that can be done during open gym! For this week, there are three separate stations, and you can select one that you feel comfortable with. If you don’t know how to do something, ask a trainer in the gym! Come participate if you are already a member or want to become one! Open gym times are 8AM, 11AM, and 4PM Monday through Thursday and 8AM and 11AM on Friday.

Station 1:

* 10 MB Mtn. Climber Burpees
* 15 MB Around the Worlds
* 10 WB Lunge Slams
* Plate Push
* 15 WB Hip Toss
* 15 Wall Balls
* 25 WB Chest
* Plate Push

Station 2:

* 20 KB Swings
* 10 DB Step Ups
* 10 Pushups
* 10 Banded Row
* 10 Slow Shoulder Taps

Station 3:

* 20 Squat Jumps
* Alley Sprint
* 40 Pulse Squatsss
* Alley Sprint
* 20 Jump Lunges
* Alley Sprint
* 40 Pulse Lunges
* Alley Sprint
